Phase I of Uptown Minneapolis' MoZaic development was comprised of a mixed-use tower accommodating space for two restaurants, 65,000 square feet of Class-A office space, and a 436-stall parking ramp. The project also included the following, all of which are privately-owned: an award winning public art plaza, a public bicycle & pedestrian bridge, surface and ramp parking, and a six-screen movie theater. The project has been hugely successful, especially considering the building itself has no street frontage.

Phase II of MoZaic is expected to accommodate 185,000 square feet of Class-A office space, as well as a new restaurant tenant.
