Phase I of Uptown Minneapolis’ MoZaic development was comprised of a mixed-use tower accommodating space for two restaurants, 65,000 square feet of Class-A office space, and a 436-stall parking ramp. The project also included the following, all of which are privately-owned: an award winning public art plaza, a public bicycle & pedestrian bridge, surface and ramp parking, and a six-screen movie theater. The project has been hugely successful, especially considering the building itself has no street frontage.
Phase II of MoZaic accommodates 185,000 square feet of Class-A office space, as well as restaurant and hospitality spaces.
